Active Learning
Much formal language instruction is passive. Students basically watch the teacher's show with perhaps some repetition. There is no respect for student's time and knowledge since the focus is on the teacher's performance; parts of the teacher's show are unnecessary for some and insufficient for others. Individual participation means almost nothing and progress is not visible.

Vocabulary
Communication is mostly vocabulary. Being able to say and understand "men 2 talk the table at together" is fluent. The grammar is weak but the meaning will be understood.
Building at least a high school level vocabulary is vital.

Translation?
It is tempting to rely on translations to one's native language. There are several good reasons that is a bad idea:
- poor quality - generally the translation comes from a third party, not the experts
- slow
- engage - fruitfully interact with clients, customers, and world-class experts not just passively consume
- think different - to speak English well you must be able to think English, the key to humanity's knowledge

Individuals
We respect individuals. One of the ways we demonstrate this is to recognize and make reasonable efforts to accommodate differences. People vary greatly in learning styles, levels of skills, interests etc. Our learner focused approach, though far from perfect, accommodates individual differences much better than a traditional push all into one show style.

กรณีศึกษา เป็นสถานการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในบางบริษัท ได้แก่ ปัญหาที่ลูกค้าพบ, คำชมเชยที่ลูกค้าบอก, การสนทนากับลูกค้า, การเจรจาต่อรองกับผู้ผลิต
ผู้ดูแลจะส่งกรณีศึกษาต่างๆมาในรูปแบบที่เป็นภาษาไทย หรือภาษาอังกฤษ แต่ว่ากรณีศึกษาในบางสถานการณ์ก็ไม่ได้สำคัญดังนั้นผู้ดูแลจำเป็นต้องจัดเรียงลำดับความสำคัญก่อน ทางเราจะแปลจากภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาอังกฤษที่ถูกต้องตามหลักไวยกรณ์ (หรือการปรับปรุงจากภาษาอังกฤษ) และอาจจะแก้ไขภาษาไทยบางส่วนเพื่อความเข้าใจที่ชัดเจน ดังนั้นผู้ดูแลสามารถจัดเตรียมเนื้อหาด้วยตัวเองและได้รับผลงานที่ปรับปรุงเสร็จแล้ว
